Our blenny has been looking rough for a while. At first we thought he looked like he’d gotten caught between some rocks and scraped himself up. He behaves normally and eats. He also seems to be stalking our yellow watchman goby who constantly moves his holes with his shrimp to avoid the blenny.
It looks like some of the tears in his flesh have begun to heal but he’s losing weight. He does eat.
Is there something we can do? Setting up a fish trap to get him out of the main tank for now.

Try adding some Beta Glucan to the fish's food. Focus + food + Beta Glucan
It's a real powerful immune system booster for fish and people. Heck, I take it. More info below.

Other things to consider. As a bottom type feeder, he eats lots of fish poop. Could be some internal pathogens like worms/parasites. Can address that with Focus + General Cure + food. Feed every day for 10-14 days. Can add a pinch of plain USP epsom salts to the mix to help expell (works like a laxative) any dead parasites/worms.

Thank you for the suggestions. Will try. He’s a special fish.
