Clowns

Very hardy, and can take the ups and downs of setting up the tank. Heck clowns or damsels of any kind used to be used to cycle a tank, and they usually lived.

And back then you probably cycled with that fish? I know we were still cycling tanks with fish back in the early 80's which was the norm back then.

First saltwater tank 1991. Switched my fresh water tank, UG filter and cannister filter and just added salt. humuhumunukunukuapua'a was the first fish.
