A "Green Slimer" is a SPS coral and a "fire digi" is a Forest Fire Montipora Digitata. Below are examples, not out of my tank.

thank you! I had no idea an SPS would ever be listed as a fast-growing coral!

Acan's grow like weeds in my tank. A frag with 2.5 heads has turned into 11 in less than three months.

I'd love to see a pic of this. I really like birds of paradise and especially if it's a fast grower, it should be super healthy looking. c:

The first picture is about what I started with in June, 2015. The second is the mother colony, which I just accidentally fragged by dropping a new ceramic frag rack on it. Both pix are in my main tank which has a lot of violet in the light (dunno how to correct this out).
The 3rd was a small frag a few months ago and is growing up in my nanocube with only white and royal blue lights. I have too many frags of this coral.

I think there's are utter chaos I'm really bad at ZOA names. I have to keep scraping them off of it. If I just let them grow they start to close over the live Indo muscle they are attached to. Got these November of last year. I really just wanted the muscle.
This is when I got it. Best growing ZOA in my tank for sure.

edit yea thats another muscle right in front there. I have four now, i lost one just yesterday so im kinda freakin out.

What conditions do you keep your duncan in. I have had mine for a month now and haven't seen any change at all. It dose stay open all of the time unless a crab bumps it.
I had my duncan in moderate flow. 18" under the center of a 250 halide. It grew from 3 heads to 12 in around 4 months then randomly purple slimed. Strange thing was it's the only thing that did. Kinda sucks because I loved how fast and the way that mini colony was growing.

Sorry to hear that. I think I may have my light set to low...Just nervous to turn it up.

Neon Green birdsnest my buddy gave me a sliver that was in his sandbed in January now it's 6inches tall with 12 branches I can watch it grow. My hammer went from 2 heads to over 20 in 18 months
