What is your favorite cement for aquascaping?

another vote on the Aquaforest. It's been going strong for 2 years so far. Dried quickly for me too.

I asked a similar question a couple years ago and now I am working on a new aquascape. I had moderate success with Nyos Reef Cement last time but there have been new products since then.

So, what is your favorite cement for aquascaping?

Seachem reef cement and Ocean Hold Fast.

I used Fluval Sea epoxy. It worked really well.

For fragging, I love using #Aquamaxx ReefWelder

I've known a few reefer buddies to use it for aquascaping as well.

I used Instant Ocean Hold Fast. Easy to use and you only pull off what you need so that you don't waste any mixing up a big batch and having it harden before you can use it. It's not cheap but when I looked at using some of the other products it was no more expensive for the amount I used and super easy.

Aren't IO Hold Fast and TLF putty essentially just JB Water Weld rebranded?

I use white Portland cement it is pure white and I mix non toxic purple paint in the cement, I am waiting for my tank to be delivered and when I start working on aquascape I will share pictures, you can control the thickness by just adding more or less water, I have used acrylic additive that I bought from supplier which helps cement to cure faster, but I don't mind waiting overnight for cement to dry before I continue to aquascape

For underwater use, JB Waterweld. I mix a little purple food coloring in to give it a coraline look. For out of water use, just plain old superglue from the dollar store. One thing I have noticed is that hair algae loves super glue.

If the rock is dry and the structure fairly elaborate I highly recommend West System epoxy and fiber glass.

True, but it is readily available in the spice section of the grocery store, or maybe it was the canning section.
