My po4 is .03 - .06
I use drops of PhosphateRx daily to keep PO4 fairly steady.
Detritus and I are best friends, my sump is full of it. Just make sure to keep the skimmer running well and cleaned regularly.
SPS need 200 to 400 average, not more and some can handle less. I have a blue stag that is a nice rich blue/green down at 150 PAR. Spectrum is most important. A recent BRS video on lighting does a good job explaining some of these issues. Don't fall into the PAR trap, you need a good quality light with decent PAR, but not the most powerful light out there. An LED fixture that looks dim to your eyes can fry SPS, while a T5 fixture that looks super bright might not provide enough PAR if the bulb combo is bad. Our eyes are horrible judges of PAR.
I recently updated pics of my tank if you care to look (signature link). It's not perfect, but it is what it is based on my husbandry. My peak PAR is 450 up very high in my tank, most acros are somewhere in the low 300's.
