what is your post QT disinfecting procedure?

So my 3 fish are going back through copper bc I'm almost positive something was cross contaminated. Before my fish were transferred to sterile qt, sterile qt and all the stuff that goes in it, was broken down and cleaned using bleach in a big tub and left to sit for 24 hrs. I'm not sure how much bleach I used, I just dumped a bunch in. Then I let everything dry for about a week before using. Now I did reuse my sponge filter, but it was left to dry for about a week so I thought it had dried completely out. Does anyone reuse their sponge filters? What is the ratio of bleach that I should use? And do you put the bleach directly into the tank and let it run for a few days or do you break the tank down completely to clean it?

Everything gets broken down (tank, filters, sponges, tools, plastic plants, pvc pipes, etc.) and washed with bleach to remove biofilm, rinse, rinse, rinse. And then dried.
Everything gets broken down and washed with vinegar to precipitate copper into a harmless form, rinse, rinse, rinse. And then dried.
And if there has been a particularly nasty disease like uronema, gram negative bacterial infection, or parasites like velvet, the tank and equipment gets one last cleaning with hydrogen peroxide, rinse, rinse, rinse. And then dried.
