I've been running my tank at 33ppt for a year now I noticed great sps growth but LPS is slacking do you think the lower salt level can be to blame or its too clean water thoughts please.

35ppt steady. In a reef situation that level has proper micro elements needed. I've even heard of some places doing 38ppt. But that has to be hell on fish.

I was at 35ppt but call me crazy my sps took off with the slight drop to 33ppt but at the same time LPS was not happy side note softly are doing very good as well
