What is your showfish.

Is an eel a fish? If so my Golden Dwarf Morey.

Nice eel always wanted one. Pipefish I was thinking about getting to help with red bugs. Any experience.

I never had red bugs so I can't answer.

Wow sorry to hear that I don't know the feeling of loosing that expensive and beutiful fish but have lost fish due to multiple crashes. Always sucks but something in the hobby always pulls you back in.
It happens. I should have paid someone to watch them instead of my father. A local club member or something. Completely my fault. I also had a battery backup that I didn't even use :(

It's ok it gave me the kick in the tail to list my house and sell off two tanks because at this stage in my life I don't have time to take care of three large tanks. I wish fish didn't have to die to get me there, however. Now I have 6 tangs and a 180!

I'll be setting up my Red Sea reefer I won here at my new house when it's built (September) and I'll have my 55 gal qt! :)

I have a pair that are my "show fish" although they are not to size yet! Achilles Tang and Gem Tang. And currently they have been at odds with one another and are partitioned off! The Achilles is the aggressor.

Unfortunately, most of mine died in a power loss while on vacation. A "pair" of Achilles tangs, a pair of Red Sea regal angel, supermale lineautus fairy wrasse, several large angels, a large adult red coris wrasse, a large Hawaiian banana wrasse (very blue), tons of others...

Bummed every time I read this!

As my dad said, "shirt happens".

That seemingly negative circumstance led to a lot of good. Certainly not for the fish, however, which does pain me.
