What just hatched in my tank??

Was looking at my tank with the lights off and suddenly a burst of a couple hundred appeared. I'm thinking snails? I turned off the flow and they followed the light of my phone

Looks like it could be newly hatch snails, not sure what kind though.
Baby snails can swim around the tank too from what I've seen.
If they move fast and follow the light though, could they be baby cyclops ?

Can you get a closer pic...the ones on the glass appear to have eyes and a shrimp/fish fry shape.

You guys must have Spiderman eyeballs if you can see eyes on those things;Spiderman;Spiderman;Spiderman all I see is black dots
I doubt if there a bad thing
