is it over 24" front to back, over 30" front to back??? my new custom tank is going to be 26" front to back and wondering if I'm in that category?  :xd:

Deep dimension is really something that Marineland coined for their series of tanks and they are all 36" front to back. and I think 27" tall. The only thing that changes is the length of the tank. When I think of a deep tank (front to back) I usually think 30 + inches.

You could always look at it as any tank that is over a standard stock tanks measurement. My stock 225 I am setting up is only 24" front to back so then you would qualify...

I am coming from a 75 gallon so I guess everything is a "deep dimension" for me really...:snicker:
