what kind of Marco algae is this and how do I move it?

Looks like Red Titan.. I would just manually remove it (pull it ) and maybe scrub that area with toothbrush, keep an eye out for it potentially recurring and if it keeps coming back you can pull that rock and scrub the area with a little hydrogen peroxide and toothbrush.
