What kind of algae/bacteria is this

This stuff is dotted all around my tank. I set up the tank in january. Is this bubble algae? How do I get rid of it? I have no fish in the tank it's fallow for right now but it's already cycled. it only has 2 crabs 2 snails and this gsp in it right now. I drop a little bit of food in the tank every few days to keep the nitrates up a little cause otherwise they hit 0. Is this causing algae to grow? Should I stop dropping food in without fish?

Color reminds me of cyano mixed with some hair or turf algae. How long was the rock cycled for?

Color reminds me of cyano mixed with some hair or turf algae. How long was the rock cycled for?

It was base rock with one piece of live rock and live sand
