What kind of algae is this?

Hello! Just trying to see if any of you know what I am dealing with here? I will scrub it off the rocks and it seems like an hour later its seems like it comes right back. Thanks so much for the help! Also any recommendations of getting rid of it for good or is it just a wait until it runs its course kind of algae?

hi, i had this algae and i find the best way to get rid off it is to pull it off the rocks with your hands, and catch it with a net or try keep in in your hands
