What Kind of Algae Is This?

What kind of algae would this be? What is the best way to clean it off of my live rocks? It's kind of coarse.

Ammonia is zero. Nitrites are low. Nitrates are high 20ppm according to API test kit (Working on that at the moment and having a hard time lowering them).

Any help is appreciated!

Probably need a close up to see if it's bryopsis or gha or something else. I'm not an expert but there is some info below that may help.
