What kind of algae is this?

We have this growing in small patches all around our tank. At first we thought it was green hair algae but today my boyfriend thinks it might be bryopsis algae. Any ideas?

Hard to tell the fibers from that shot, but yea, it looks like it may be Bryopsis.
