What kind of algae is this?

I have this algae all over my tank. It is very tough and can not be brushed off. Looks brown. How can I get rid of it? My water parameters are fine. I run GFO can Carbon. I use T5 bulbs which are getting close to a year old now. Please help.

I hope these are better pictures. I turned off my actinic reef rite leds and only are only lit by two t5 bulbs.

Please post your parameters. Mainly looking at your nutrient balance here to determine if theres a problem.
