What Kind Of Algae Is This?

Hey guys, anybody know about this? It’s sprouted up in about 24 hours, do you what kind it is? Almost looks like rust. What will eat this? Or is there any other remedy? My hermits like a different type of algae at the bottom so a blackout isn’t really an option.
