What is this stuff? I can't seem to get rid of it, not even with Vibrant.

Looks like the start of cyno.

Age of tank and A lot of time more flow and lighting are the issue.

How old is your tank?
 
This particular tank is about 6 months old.

And I thought it was cyno, but the color looked a bit off from what cyno typically looks like.
