what kind of algae is this?

I have a green hair algae problem. so I built an overflow and just put this algae if found at my local pet store. I was hoping it would grow and starve out my hair algae. I have it in a small sump with a spare radeon light shining on it. can you tell me what algae this is and if it will do what I want? what else can I put in my new little sump?

Chaeto Algae. Really good stuff. Needs nitrates and phosphate to survive. I run my refugium light 12 on 12 off. Grows like crazy.
