What kind of Algae

Sorry about the bad Pic!
Can anyone help with what kind of Algae this is and how to get rid of it? I have cleaned the Glass and tank, but a day or two the String algae is back on the glass and rocks.
I am a newbie, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you get one with white lights? It’s hard to tell with the washed out blue light.

Edit: stringy stuff could me Dino’s though.
