Probably Hair Algae. It is the result of too many nutrients in the water and phosphates that are leaching out of your rock. Time and getting your tank parameters in check are the best ways to get rid of it. Feed less, less light, better light. You could also look at setting up an algae scrubber or cheato or some other nutrient absorbing macro algae in the sump.

beware the sea Hare will starve once out of hair algae, You might be able to barrow one from a member or local hobbiest that lives close to you.

thank you all for the response! i went out and bought a sea hare but i think its gonna take some time for him to clean it all up cause i have it EVERYWHERE :(

Check your water parameters and let us know what they are. Most causes of algae outbreaks as previous stated are due to too many nutrients. Thats means overfeeding whether it is fish food, coral food etc. You have to be carefull these guys don't need alot of food.

yeah i think its cause i feed too much. i never know how much is too much x.x. the mysis feast look so like liquidy
