I’m not so sure this is Dino’s anymore. No inverts are dying. Dosing peroxide and no help.

If you get an AmScope or Swift microscope (or clone of those) from Amazon, you can easily look at the slides and see what it actually is or post them here. It's the only way to be sure, otherwise it's just a guess for even the most experienced. It could be GHA and diatoms or a different type of dino that isn't easily cured by H2O2 or something else.

How old is this tank?
About 3 months. But my lfs had me run chemi pure elite. It’s a 13.5g and they told me to run the 25g elite and it stripped alllll phosphates and nitrates

I can't define what it is but IMHO you won't get rid of it without balancing nitrates and phosphates. I have now undetalectable nitrates and phosphates and I get cyano blooms all the time. Additionally you have still very fresh tank so this sometimes may happen. In my opinion this algae is probably a mix of cyano, dino maybe even diatoms. The photos under white light would help to identify that but as wrote Dweezilz without microscope you won't be 100% sure.
