What kind of egg?

I have woken up this morning to several lines of what appear to be small white eggs and some mucus on top of the waterline at the front of my tank.

snail or something else?

I do have a clean up crew throughout the tank etc….

Nassarius snail eggs. These are somewhat prolific breeders, but the planktonic young generally don’t last long after they hatch as they get caught in filtration, are consumed, etc.
