What kind of fan worm

So I bought some beautiful rhodactis and I has seen what appeared to be a Christmas tree worm. However upon examination this worm has a calciferous tube that it can retreat into and a knob beyond the fans it uses to close itself into the tube with.

Can anyone identify species?

The small boulder looking thing directly top is the knob. It appears to extend roughly an half inch above the fans.

Not a true "christmas tree worm" , a lack of spirals.
But a Sabellidae none the less.

Every time I try to bring one home I crawls out of its tube and dies in my tank!?!
