The dip will kill any live flatworms.
it’s best to keep an eye on the corals for a couple weeks after to make sure that no eggs managed to hatch after the dip though, in which case yes, you can dip them again.
The Bayer itself shouldn’t hurt the corals any, even if they look upset they will be fine in an hour or 2 afterwards.

I would strongly recommend wearing gloves and probably eye protection. The standard dose is 10 ml's of Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer (for soil & turf Concentrate) to the 4 ounces of water. It's best to remove SPS and LPS corals from the frag plugs before dipping then if you want them on plugs remounting them on new clean plugs after the dip. If you're worried about eggs at the base of the coral, get a cheap tooth brush to use to comb through the corals as they are being dipped. I stress you should be using gloves + eye protection.



STEP 1: You dip your corals for 15 min in the Bayer dip. Remove any frag plugs prior to dip.
STEP 2: After 15 min remove frags and place them in a container with fresh SALTWATER with NO Bayer
STEP 3: Repeat step 2 again. This just makes sure all the Bayer dip has been diluted and removed from the frags.
STEP 4: Ready to be placed in your QT.

Yes the labels have changed over the years but the active ingredient has stayed the same.
no need to dilute. But dosages used by people vary quite a bit from 10ml per gallon to just milky water....

I never found that super light dose to be effective personally.
i prefer to make the water look white and thick like milk.
never once lost a single coral to the dip either.
