Yep Bayer insecticide works well. If you have room I would add a fish like a leapord or a yellow corris wrasse

If your tank are just frags then its a lot easier with time and effort. Full size colony will be a lot more difficult. Seeing that much coming out of one frag then your full tank is infested. Add some wrasse or alot of wrasses. The eggs are the hardest part. either inspect every piece of acro and removed the base or scrape or supper glue over The dead area of the skeletons. Blow all your corals with a turkey baster daily and you’ll see those worms flying out. Your fish probably eat them that’s why you need some wrasses. You can try the expensive way and use zeovit flat worm stop and coral booster. Some have said wormwood are the same content as the flat worm stop but alot cheaper. You just have to be a mad scientist and dilutes them yourself.

Thank you for the help, I have plenty of room for more wrasses, I currently have a melanarus and cleaner wrasse, I know six line are the ones to get for flatworms but I don't wanna risk it being mean. Which ones do you recommend?
Is flatworm stop reef safe? I have flatworm exit but not sure that works on the aefw?

Yes its part of their defense mechanisms from predator.
