They aren't a blenny either though, despite commonly being called a scooter blenny, which is why I hate common names. People think blennies are easy to keep but these are actually a dragonet, like a mandarin, so need more care.

Looks like a dragonet, Scooter “Blenny”. Not a true blenny or a goby. Like the Mandarins these are pretty much dedicated pod eaters unless you can find a CB one from ORA. So you will need an established tank with pods, refugium even better.
