Found him in the surf in the UAE in the Gulf. He's thriving in my tank.

Cone snail.

isn't that predatory and venomous, I think you should remove it without touching it at all, live ones should be handled with great care or preferably not at all

He has a hard, sharp tail that he uses to push himself around with. Looks like two feeding type mouths. Interesting. Thanks.

I'm just reading that they are very poisonous. He's a lot smaller than any other fish in the tank. Do you know are they poisonous to humans?

Looks more like my Avatar dude - a tiger conch. They're awesome and much more common in the trade than cone snails. How can you @KJ tell this is a cone snail instead of a conch?

Ok just looked that up and dang, looks just like him. The Cone Snail doesn't have that sharp little tail that he pushes around with. They are more like a regular snail bottom. I think you're correct he's a Tiger Conch.

It definitely looks similar to fighting conches in terms of anatomy, but I think there's quite a bit of diversity in that species in terms of how reef safe they are.

No worries @KJ it was cool reading up on Cone Snails and watching a little YouTube on them yesterday. Now I know that they are in the surf here too I'm going to be wearing surf shoes when I'm the water next time. As for this little guy, yeah when he flips over he looks just like the tiger Conch. Cool little guy.

Thanks guys for helping out. Now I know.
