I know its snall and hasnt opened all they way, only been in the tank 1 week. Can anyone ID it ?

Check for pests on it , dip it .. put it back in a different place in your tank maybe with a little less flow .. I see the torch behind it looks good and healthy so I assume your parameters are on point ..

They are on the same rock, and yes the green torch is fully open, im trying to make a torch garden. Thet are like and inch and hlaf apart. Dip wont hurt it ?

No I dip all my corals when I get them .. just make sure you follow the instructions and time limit on the dip .. usevthe search bar on here too look for threads on dipping corals ..

It looks purple to me but with the green tips you might lucky! I would live to have a black torch for my torch garden!
