What kind of worm is this?

Help IDing please and is this something to worry about? I also have a video I can txt if anyone wants to see how it moves. It definitely moves the main part forward and waves the arms all around. It is about 1/2".

I took it out of the tank and threw it away but not sure if there are any others.

Ahh yes that is it. Im guessing there are more in the tank then. He may have been in one of the rocks and this tank is now bare bottom so may have been out looking for something to eat.
