What kind of worms

Yesterday night I found a worm swimming on my reef tank and I don't have any idea what kind of worm also I don't know if bad or good for my corals could you please advise me if it is safe or not and if it's not how I can get rid of it

Put it in a glass of water, then snap a new pic. Very hard to ID out of water and looking like a noodle laying on the table.

I already removed it out and I think my wife throw it to trash can
