What levels do you run your tanks at?

Hi was wondering what everyone runs their tanks at followed by pics of tank.

did notice my sps colour better once i stopped running gfo and stopped carbon dosing took about 2 weeks though
My alk 8.6-9
Salinity 1.025
Phosphates 0.03
Nitrates are 1
