What light settings do you use?

I have a fluval 13.5 with a AI Prime HD. For those using an AIPrime HD what settings do you use? I have not noticed any bleaching and my corals are growing but I just want to see if my settings are too high or low.

I would decrease red as, from my understanding, it tells the corals that they need to protect themselves from too much light (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and that this lowers their zooxanthellae output.

How high is the light from the water?

It's about 10 inches.

You could probably raise up the blues/violets some more if you'd like. If everything is happy then I wouldn't change much. Tons of people use that tank and light setup so I'm sure someone can share their setup. I had that light over a 20g nuvo tank with the lights a little lower and the first 4 channels maxed but I was only using it for anemones.

I do have a nem in the tank. Are these settings too low for one? He hasn't been in there for long. He is currently still hiding in the shadows, I assumed my lights were too intense.
