Would 2 AI Prime 16s be enough for a mixed tank with SPS towards the top??? Or do I need more lighting??? Dimensions of the actual tank are 34.79 x 10.13 x 12.99. Thanks for the help in advance!

I would suggest a 64hd for the spread and one can always dial the light down if need be ;)
