What lighting setup are you using on your 6ft SPS dominant tanks?

Looking for inspiration for my new build! Setting up a 72x25x25 this weekend.

Lot of lights out there. Most of the choice ends up being budget and preference. Usually a T5/LED or halide hybrid are the touted choices.

I have a 4ft Aquatic Life hybrid setup now. Trying to wrap my head around how to incorporate that with the new build. Starting to lean towards selling it and starting from scratch.

No matter how you used it the lights wouldn't be even. It would drive my OCD crazy. Beyond that it's about budget and preference.

I’m in the works on building a tank similar in that size and I’m getting a 60” 8 bulb ati sunpower.

this guy? are you supplementing? this is much cheaper than the 8x ReeFi Uno I'm leaning towards.

I wasn’t planning on it. Maybe down the rode a led lights bar but that’s it.

I currently run ATI Sunpower T5’s with 2 ReefBrites (front and back). I have an all SPS tank and the lights work very well. However I am thinking about changing things up and going with a bunch of XR15’s and T5’s to supplement.

78x28x26 SPS Dominant 4 Reefi Duo Extreme & 2 Reefi Uno’s. Couldn’t be happier with them. Corals doing great.

I'm using the 60" ATI Hybrid powermodule on mine. Very happy with it, but I'd give serious consideration to the Philips CoralCare if I was starting over.
