What look like buds ?

Has anyone ever seen buds like the ones living amongst my GHA ? I’m hoping there’s a creature that’ll eat them! They look yummy

Looks like bubble algae. Emerald crabs eat them right up also he will munch of the hair algae as well

My best guess from the picture is Neomeris.
