Looking for recommendations for a magnet acrylic cleaner that will work on 1" acrylic.

Mighty magnets are expensive but worth the price when it comes to how much a big acrylic tank cost.

Yup, went with the mighty magnets FF-6 (for 1" to 1 1/2" walls). Expensive .....

I have a mighty magnet, I think the FS-6? Can't remember right now. It is top notch, highest marks.

I also recently picked up a tunze Strong +, and that actually works too.. I was a little skeptical, but it does work just fine. Its pretty good for the coraline. I left the styrofoam bit on the inside portion, so it would float up, but took it off on the outside, because it was very slightly scratching the acrylic. No such problems with scratches on the inside though. Been working on my troublesome coralline for a bit now..

Hello,
I used Mag-floats when I first started, but started to get scratches so I switched to the Flipper. I use it to clean the glass between deeper cleaning (arm in the tank) it doesn't get off coraline or harder types of algae. Then I bust out the kent scraper and use some elbow grease to get off the hard stuff.

Just ordered the FF-6 and a couple extra pads. Looking forward to trying this out! You guys were not kidding they are not cheap...but you get what you pay for.
