What makes a BioRector better than other's ?

So what turns your reactor ?

Function ?
Manufacture ?
Large, small footprint ?
Price ?
Quality of materials used and production ?

I'm tired of buying products that either are not as advertised or unreliable, and cost too much.
Like everything else in life, you can get what you pay for but,....high cost or company's that for what ever reason, has the "name factor", but that doesn't mean it's a great product.

So, what type of BioReactor and manufacture do you like and why ?

I just went through a bunch of research and with cost considered; went with biotek marine pellet driver reactor.
It's been running for a few weeks and works great. Nice tumble and rotation

I just watch a video on that reactor, and it's simple and works very well. For demonstration he just used a 10g tank, but there's several more below.

I used 2 different bio reactor before, like neither of them. Now I'm only dosing vodka.

Here is what failed. First is a Chinese made no brand. Its divider is open with line similar to the one mentioned above. And bio pellets tend to stuck in it. Plus the bacteria grow build up make it easy to clog.

The second one is TLF 130. Its mesh divider is a lot better and clog a lot less. But it's hard to take apart to clean, because the cap is very hard to twist open, and it's not easy to take wet pellet out and put back in. It always get messy.

So things I would look for in a bio pellets reactor will be, avoid line divider, better for mesh. And easy to open even after prolonged use. Probably something with screws.
