what makes a reactor better than others?

hey guys im looking forward to buy a reactor (carbon/GFO/biopellets)

i've been looking that some reactors are better than other, but i see that all of them look like the same.

so can you guys explain what makes the diference

I would say that a lot are about the same. Things that may differ would be how the water is dispersed through the reactor and ease of maintance on the reactor. Some are easy to disassemble for cleaning and changing media while some are a bit more difficult. For carbon and gfo I really like the BRS reactors and for biopellets reef octopus makes a nice reactor.

Probably ease of cleaning and media size are two things to look at mostly.
