Hi,

I'm just wondering what other people are using to treat fish in quarantine. This is more of a prevention than an emergency type situation. I'm hoping to be as Pest free as possible so I thought I would ask everybody here what they recommend. So far I have used Prazipro to treat for parasites but I know there are a ton of other things that could be treated for as well. Currently I have clown fish but plan on adding some pajama Cardinals an orchid dottyback and possibly a blenny. thoughts or recommendations? Thanks

prazipro is good on pretty much all fish. I use it on all incoming.
Beyond that i dont treat unless disease is diagnosed.
For all Tangs i definitely treat with Chloriquine phosphate or copper based medicine like copper power, copper safe or cupramine.
Meds to have on hand at all times would be Prazipro, CP, copper med, some antibiotics/antiseptics and bacterial infection meds.
