What meds to use?

Three weeks ago I bought a 6 line wrasse and a green mandarin from my LFS. Today I noticed both have a few salt like white grains on them. They are in a qt and both are eating blood worms and mysis shrimp soaked in Selcom. Also they are eating live brine shrimp. What meds should I use? Qt is a bare bottom with a sponge filter and 1 good size rock. Ammonia is zero. I will try to up load pics.

You’re describing ich
As for ammonia- what test kits are you using?
Best treatment in quarantine will be coppersafe at 80 degrees for 30 days at 2.25 range with aeration added during treatment.
Can you post pics under white lighting to confirm it’s ich?
Also how is the fishs’ breathing rate (moderate or rapid)?

Mandarin seems to be breathing fine. Wrasse is breathing fast. For ammonia I am using Red Sea’s marine kit. Will seachem cupramine be ok for the mandarin?

Mandarins generally do not do well with copper treatment. They may tolerate low level copper but I would not risk it and their food source (pods) do not do well in copper in come cases.
Option would be:
Hydrogen peroxide bath (3%) at 20ml per gallon of water then treating with . . . .
Chloroquine phosphate (also easy to obtain)
OR
TTM method between two tanks every 48 hrs
OR
Hyposalinity which im not sure how well they will tolerate this method

Just did the hydrogen peroxide bath for 30 mins with the mandarin. He seems to be acting very well and he’s still eating. The 6 line wrasse didn’t make it.
