looks a lot like bjd i treated and cured my gold aussie after it got flesh torn and infected. you have to get rx from the vet for Chloramphenicol. dissolve about 1/8 of tablet in about a teaspoon pure grain alcohol (everclear), then mix into 1L fresh sea water. use a small powerhead to circulate. 8 hours later change water and repeat process. keep it out of high flow area
