I use ESV B-ionic buffer system on my doser and when I refilled my doser container this happened. No, I did not mistakenly switched the two, it is labeled and I always double check. Is this normal? I turned off the doser for now, want to check that it is safe to use. Thanks in advance. Btw, left chamber is ca and right, which is much thicker is kh.

My regular alk jugs do that and I just let them sit in warm water until it re liquefies.
Is the alk you poured in crystalized or did that happen as you poured it in?

It happened after I poured it. It was liquid in the bottle.

The alk part can be close to saturation and you can get some precipitate if cold, or if you forgot to dilute the concentrate.

But otherwise, B-ionic will stay essentially clear.
