What mode does everyone run their jebao powerheads on?

Like the title says, what mode do you run your wp or rw pumps on. I have a wp 40 currently and run it on w1 in my sps tank. 90 gallon. Curious what other people use it on. Specifically sps tanks but everyone is welcome!

I have 2 wp40s on my 180. 1 is set to w2 and the other is on "else"

I have a WP25 running on else mode on my RSM130. It has two outflows running constantly on the other side. This gives good wave motion.

wp25 run at W1 24 hours a day with speed 1 on a 55g and one hyder

I just got 2 WP40's.... for
our 150g.

I run 1 on "Else"..and the knob adjustment down all the way....it seems like to much flow. I ran the 2nd one but its like way to much turbulence in the tank. everything closed up and it was kicking a lot of sand towards my clams. So I took 1 out.

I placed it on the end side glass wall so the flow is going down the length of tank.....

any idea on better placement???
