What mushroom? Bullseye?

Am not familiar with this species could this be a form of bullseye mushroom? I did lost the mother a few weeks back but still got a baby, so far I haven’t seen this shape, it’s the flower shape polyp that’s confusing me. any help?

It was unfortunately I lost the mom wasn’t able to get a pic of it fully open, she developed some sort of infection on the mouth and started melting. I believe it was a indo mushroom too
