Newb!
About a month ago I bought this mushroom online. Was listed as a blue mushroom but to be honest, I'm not so sure it really is. It's more of a pink/red color with a green tinge and bumps on it. A friend here in the forums sent me one of his blue mushrooms and it looks totally different from this one. The one he sent me is actually more blue/purplish than the other one and has no bumps, but "veins". So I just want to make sure what this thing really is. Is it REALLY a blue mushroom? Do they all vary in colors and textures?

He's not fully expanded. When he is, he is more of a pinkish color. He's wedged between a small crevice. I actually stuck my hand in a few days ago to try to move him to a better place (He's not glued or anything) but he was so slimey I couldn't grasp him lol. He shriveled up and released some kinda... ink stuff or whatever, so I figured it best to leave alone. But anyway, I digress.
