What nano tank is the best?

So I'm leaving for college in january, and I'm breaking don a 75g reef tank, 30gal mantis shrimp tank, and another 30gal frag tank.
I'm looking for a new nano tank anywhere from 10-20 gallons, and I don't know much about nanos.

My budget is around $700 and the tank will only have 2-3 small nano fish, depending on the tank size.
As far as corals, nothing but collector and high end zoas/palys, and MAYBE a few sps.
For lighting, I ONLY want LED's.

I've always wanted a 12 long (3 foot long 12 gal!)... i think for 700 bucks you could probably get more bang for your buck just getting parts individually over getting an all in one setup. here is my 9 gal https://www.reef2reef.com/forums/member-tanks/98277-my-9ish-gallon-2.html with nothing but a DIY LED and a mp10.
