Hello, I’m going to my LFS today because I am almost out of food. I have been feeding my tank on a rotation of Spirulina Brine Shrimp, Baby Brine Shrimp and occasionally flakes. Which 2 to 3 foods should I pick this time?

See if you can find spirulina mysis shrimp from Hikari. Brine doesn't have many nutrients in it. It's more like a treat.

For a variety of meats and spirulina and vitamins- LRS fish frenzy
Others would be: TDO pellets, Formula 1 frozen and Hikari Marine cuisine

your fish will love you if you give them reef frenzy or fish frenzy.
