I have a newly cycled 45g (FOWLR) with 2 clown, 1 YWG and 3 blue leg hermits. What should I add next?

You should add time to your plan so your tank can stabilize and allow supporting bacterial populations to adjust. I personally recommend 30 days or more between increases of 10-25% bio load.

I would add some snails if you haven't yet. Maybe 5 of each of major type of snail (sand, rock, glass) you want - not too many (especially the algae eaters if you don't have much algae yet).

Typically I like to see less aggressive fish added first to let the more peaceful fish establish territory. Really think the hobby needs to acknowledge that clowns probably shouldn't be the first fish added to a community tank. But you have time, most reports of aggression are after they start mating/pairing.

As mentioned give it at least a couple of weeks to allow the biofilter a chance to settle in a bit and adjust. For a 45 gallon tank this guy would be very high on my list. Lots of color, activity and individual personality:
