What on earth is this?

Hi 2 weeks ago I started seeing white spots on all my fish I lost my royal gramma and my yellow tang, the yellow tang ended up getting black spots after a few days?

All fish have been moved to quarantine with cupamine, they have all been cleared of white spots for the time being. My main tank I’ve started seeing a lot of little insects crawling about and lots of hair algae growing I believe. Is anyone able to ID these little insects.

They look like munnid isopods. Good guys
